EasyAR Sense Compliance Guide

Welcome to the EasyAR platform (hereinafter referred to as "this platform" or "we"). To improve your experience on this platform and help you advance your project construction on a lawful and compliant basis, we have formulated this Compliance Guide (hereinafter referred to as "this Guide") in accordance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. This Guide is intended to clarify the obligations and responsibilities that may be involved when you provide products or services to end users, and to minimize violations of laws and regulations.

Please note that because the region where the application server is located, the region where the application publishing server is located, and the region where users are located may not be within the People's Republic of China or may be in different regions or countries, the products or services you provide shall comply with the laws, regulations, and rules of the corresponding regions or countries, and you shall assume the responsibilities of an application developer and data processor under the applicable laws.

Please reasonably refer to the contents of this Guide as guidance for providing products or services to end users in a compliant manner.

Privacy Policy

When providing products or services to end users, if you collect, store, or process the personal information of end users by yourself or by entrusting a third party, please formulate a Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, or related written agreement in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to protect users' personal information security and your rights. Before initializing EasyAR Sense, be sure to provide written notice to end users and fully inform them of the scope, method, and purpose of collecting their personal information. You may refer to the following clause:

Our product integrates EasyAR Sense and may collect your identifierForVendor (iOS), device model, manufacturer, brand, operating system version, and SDK feature invocation records for statistical analysis and to improve products and services. It may obtain your camera images and motion sensor readings to implement software features.

Please be sure to read and confirm Data Access, and adjust the content of the above clause according to the actual use of relevant data in the products or services you provide.

To fulfill the legal responsibility requirements of information processing entities, please further specify the specific data or information required by the functions of the products or services you actually provide, and collect relevant personal information only under the principles of legitimacy, reasonableness, transparency, and necessity. You understand that if complaints, lawsuits, penalties, or related liabilities and consequences are brought against us by relevant rights holders or authorities due to your violation of laws and regulations, or due to your failure to inform or fully inform end users of the rules, scope, method, and purpose of your collection of personal information, you shall bear all such responsibilities.

Data Safety Form

Application publishing platforms may require completion of data safety forms to disclose data access and collection. If applicable, be sure to read Data Access and fill in the forms of the application publishing platform according to the application's usage.

    When publishing an application to Play Store, you need to fill in Google's data safety form. Refer to here.

    When publishing an application to Apple App Store, you need to fill in Apple's app privacy form. Refer to here.

Laws, regulations, rules, or application publishing platforms may have special requirements for applications intended for children. If applicable, be sure to meet these special requirements, including but not limited to displaying an age verification pop-up.
