EasyAR Sense Compliance Guide

Welcome to the EasyAR platform (hereinafter referred to as "this platform" or "we"). To enhance your experience on this platform and assist you in advancing your project construction under the premise of legality and compliance, we have formulated this "Compliance Guide" (hereinafter referred to as "this guide") in accordance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. This guide aims to clarify the obligations and responsibilities you may encounter when providing products or services to end-users, thereby minimizing the risk of violations.

Please note that since the regions where the application server, the application distribution server, and the users are located may not be within the territory of the People's Republic of China or may be in different regions or countries, the provision of your products or services must comply with and meet the laws, regulations, and rules of the corresponding regions or countries. You will bear the responsibilities of an application developer and data processor under the applicable laws.

Please refer to the content of this guide reasonably as a reference for your compliance when providing products or services to end-users.

Privacy policy

When providing products or services to end users, if you or a third party entrusted by you collects, stores, or processes end users' personal information, please formulate a "Privacy Policy," "Data Processing Agreement," or relevant written agreement in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to protect users' personal information security and your rights. You must provide written notice to end users and fully disclose the scope, methods, and purposes of collecting their personal information before initializing EasyAR Sense. You may refer to the following clause:

Our product integrates EasyAR Sense and may collect your identifierForVendor(iOS), device model, manufacturer, brand, operating system version, sdk function call records for statistical analysis and product/service improvement. It may access your camera images, motion sensor readings to enable software functionality.

Please ensure to read and confirm Data access, and adjust the content of the above clause based on the actual usage of relevant data in your products or services.

To fulfill the legal responsibilities of information processing entities, please further specify the specific data or information required for your product or service functionality based on actual circumstances. Collect relevant personal information only under the guidance of principles of legitimacy, reasonableness, transparency, and necessity. You acknowledge that any complaints, litigation, penalties from relevant rights holders or authorities, as well as related liabilities and consequences arising from your violation of laws/regulations or failure to fully disclose the scope, methods, and purposes of personal information collection to end users, shall be solely borne by you.

Data security form

The app publishing platform may require filling out a data security form to disclose data access and collection. If applicable, please read data access and fill out the form on the app publishing platform based on the app's usage.
