EasyAR Sense compliance guide

Welcome to the EasyAR platform (hereinafter referred to as "this platform" or "we"). To enhance your experience on this platform and assist you in advancing your project construction under legal compliance, we have formulated this "Compliance Guide" (hereinafter referred to as "this guide") in accordance with laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. This guide aims to clarify your potential obligations and responsibilities when providing products or services to end-users, minimizing the risk of violations.

Please note that since application servers, application publishing servers, and users may be located outside the People's Republic of China or in different regions/countries, your provision of products or services must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and rules of the corresponding regions/countries. You shall bear the responsibilities as an application developer and data processor under applicable laws.

Privacy policy

During your provision of products or services to end-users, if you or your entrusted third parties collect, store, or process personal information of end-users, please establish a "Privacy Policy," "Data Processing Agreement," or relevant written agreements in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to protect users' personal information security and your rights. You must provide written notice to end-users before initializing EasyAR Sense, fully disclosing the scope, methods, and purposes of collecting their personal information. You may reference the following clause:

Our product integrates EasyAR Sense, which may collect your identifierForVendor(iOS), device model, manufacturer, brand, operating system version, SDK function call records for statistical analysis and product/service improvement. It may access your camera images and motion sensor readings to implement software features.

Please carefully read and confirm Data Access, adjusting the above clause based on the actual usage of relevant data in your products or services.

To fulfill legal requirements for information processing entities, please further specify the specific data or information required for your product/service features based on actual circumstances. Collect relevant personal information only under the principles of legitimacy, reasonableness, transparency, and necessity. You acknowledge that if any complaints, lawsuits, penalties, or consequences from rights holders or authorities arise due to your violation of laws/regulations or failure to adequately inform end-users about personal information collection rules, scope, methods, and purposes, you shall bear full responsibility.

Application publishing platforms may require completing data safety forms to disclose data access and collection. If applicable, please read Data Access and complete the platform's form based on your application's usage.
