Recording dump files using mega toolbox (mini program)

When the WeChat Mini Program does not perform as expected, you can collect runtime data and use the Mega Toolbox (Mini Program) tool to record dump files to complete issue reporting.

Open WeChat, scan the QR code below to enter the mini program.

Input account information login

Fill in the username and password to log in to your account.

Select the problematic localization database

1. Select the localization service group.
2. Select the localization database.
3. Whether testing on-site: do not check if on-site.
4. If not using annotation package, click Do not use to enter the localization interface.
5. To use annotation package, select the corresponding one.
6. After selecting the annotation package, click the Start button to enter the localization interface.

Permission authorization

Grant the corresponding permissions to the mini program.

Enter localization interface

Simulate the operational scenario where the anomaly occurs and attempt to reproduce the issue.

Start recording dump file

Turn on the Record Data switch to start recording the dump file. The interface will display Start recording data.

Complete recording and export dump file

1. After reproducing the anomaly, turn off the Record Data switch to stop recording.
   
2. In the pop-up sharing interface, send the file to "File Transfer Assistant", and finally forward it to EasyAR technical support team.
