Collect mobile screenshots and screen recordings
When visual anomalies occur in AR effects on mobile devices, promptly collect screenshots and screen recordings of the abnormal phenomena and submit them to the EasyAR technical support team to help us quickly identify and resolve the issue.
Mobile screenshots
- Models with Home button (e.g., iPhone 8, iPhone SE, etc.)
Quickly press the power button and Home button simultaneously, then release. A screen flash accompanied by a "click" sound indicates a successful screenshot.
- Models without Home button (e.g., iPhone X and later models)
Quickly press the power button and volume up button simultaneously, then release. A screen flash accompanied by a "click" sound indicates a successful screenshot.
Mobile screen recordings
iPhone series
Start recording
Tap the "Screen Recording" icon. Recording begins after a 3-second countdown.
To include your voice: Long-press the recording icon and tap the microphone icon to turn it red.
Note
Full-screen models (iPhone X and above): Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen to access Control Center;
Non-full-screen models (iPhone 8 and earlier): Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access Control Center.
Stop and save
Tap the recording icon in Control Center again, or tap the red status bar at the top of the screen and select "Stop."
The recorded video is automatically saved to the "Photos → Screen Recordings" album.

Open the screen recording tool
Start recording
Tap the "Screen Recording" icon.Stop and save
Tap the floating icon or the "Stop" button in Control Center to end the recording. The video is saved to the gallery.
File feedback
Submit the collected screenshots and screen recordings to the EasyAR technical support team.
