Collecting mobile screenshots and screen recordings

When abnormalities occur in mobile AR visual effects, please promptly collect screenshots and screen recordings of the anomaly and submit them to the EasyAR technical support team. This helps us quickly locate and resolve the issue.

Simultaneously press and quickly release the Power button and Home button. A screen flash and "click" sound indicate a successful screenshot.

  2. Models without Home button (e.g. iPhone X and later)
Simultaneously press and quickly release the Power button and volume-up button. A screen flash and "click" sound indicate a successful screenshot.
