EasyAR cloud service API key unified authentication
API key implements centralized access management for all EasyAR cloud service APIs through a unified identity authentication mechanism, simplifying the development process, enhancing security and usability, thereby significantly reducing the complexity and cost for developers in service access, permission control, and maintenance management.
What is api key
API Key (Application Programming Interface Key) is a unique identifier composed of a string of numbers, letters, or special characters. Its primary purpose is to verify the legitimate identity of your application or service when calling EasyAR APIs. It is generated and assigned by the EasyAR platform for your use.
What is token
In API access authentication, a token is a temporary, encrypted identity credential generated by the server after a user or application completes identity verification. It serves as the "identity credential" for API calls, used to verify legitimate identity when your application or service establishes communication with EasyAR API services. Simultaneously, based on the permissions bound to the token, it determines whether access to the target interface or data is permitted.
