Update the localization service with new format data

This article details the complete operation process of re-adding Blocks to the cloud localization library after switching the data format of the localization library.

Operation steps

Enter the cloud localization library management interface

  1. Log in to the EasyAR Developer Center, select Mega Block -> Block cloud localization from the left menu bar, choose the corresponding Mega cloud localization service group, and click Manage.

  2. Select the corresponding cloud localization library and click the Manage button to enter the cloud localization library management interface.

Add a Block

  1. Click the Add button.

  2. In the pop-up window, select the Block to be added, and finally click the Confirm button at the bottom of the pop-up window.

    Note
    • Only one Block can be added at a time.
    • The cloud localization library can only add Blocks with the same data format.
    • Different versions of the cloud localization library have restrictions on the Block mapping version. For specific restrictions, please refer to the notes at the bottom of the pop-up window.

Check the addition progress

  1. After confirming the addition, you can check the addition progress on the page.

  2. After the addition is successful, the corresponding Block will appear in the Mega Block list of the cloud localization library.

  3. Handling addition failure: Click the Clear task button in the progress pop-up window and re-add the Block.
