Update localization service with supplementary update results

This article details how to add supplementary update mapping result Blocks to the cloud localization library for using Mega-related features in practical applications.

Enter cloud localization library management interface

1. Log in to the EasyAR Development Center, select Mega Block -> Block cloud localization from the left menu bar, choose the corresponding Mega cloud localization service group, and click Manage.

   

2. Select the corresponding cloud localization library and click the Manage button to enter the cloud localization library management interface.

   

Load supplementary update result Block

Select the appropriate operation method based on whether the original Block is still in the cloud localization library:

Original block still in cloud localization library

1. Click the Switch button.

2. In the pop-up dialog, select the required supplementary update Block and click the Confirm button.

   • After confirming the version switch, the system will first delete the original version map from the cloud localization library, then add the new version map.
   • This operation replaces the existing Block.

   

3. After confirming the switch, view the addition progress on the page.

   

4. If added successfully, the corresponding Block will appear in the Mega Block list of the cloud localization library.

   

5. If addition fails, click the Clear task button in the progress pop-up window to re-add the Block.

Original block not in cloud localization library

1. Click the Add button.

   

2. In the pop-up window, select the corresponding parent map, click the + button to view the corresponding supplementary update Block, select the supplementary update Block to be added, and click Confirm.

   

   Note

   • Only one Block can be added at a time
   • The cloud localization library can only add Blocks of the same data format. If needed, switch the cloud localization library data format
   • Different versions of cloud localization libraries have restrictions on Block mapping versions. For specific restrictions, refer to the notes at the bottom of the pop-up window

3. After confirming the addition, view the addition progress on the page.

   

4. If added successfully, the corresponding Block will appear in the Mega Block list of the cloud localization library.

   

5. If addition fails, click the Clear task button in the progress pop-up window to re-add the Block.
