Export data collected by mobile phone
After completing the collection with your mobile phone, you need to export the collected data. The file extension for mobile-collected data is .emp. Please pay attention to the file name suffix during export.
Export android data
Connect your phone to a computer, enable File Management mode on the phone, navigate to the local file path Android/data/com.easyar.mega.toolbox/files/MegaStudio/EMP, then select and export the corresponding data file.
Export ios data
Using mac computer export
Connect the iPhone to a Mac computer.
Open the Finder application, click the phone icon, click
Trust, then also clickTruston the phone.
After authorization, click the
Filemenu, locate theMegaStudiofolder under theMega ToolboxApp, and dragMegaStudioto the computer desktop.
Find the
EMPfolder withinMegaStudio. The***.empfiles in theEMPfolder are the collected data files.
Using windows computer export
Download and install iTunes on your Windows computer.
Connect the iPhone to the Windows computer and grant trust.

Click the phone button.

Click File Sharing, locate the
MegaStudiofolder under theMega ToolboxApp, then click Save.
Find the
EMPfolder withinMegaStudio. The***.empfiles in theEMPfolder are the collected data files.
Tip
When the folder contains a large amount of data, ensure the export completes fully. It's recommended to compare the file size on the computer with that on the phone.

After exporting to the computer, use players like PotPlayer or VLC Media Player to check for issues such as blurriness, lag, or playback failure. Re-collect if any problems occur.
