Export data collected by mobile phone
After completing the collection with your mobile phone, you need to export the collected data. The file extension for mobile-collected data is .emp. Please pay attention to the file name suffix when exporting.
Export Android data
Connect your phone to a computer and enable File Management mode on the phone. Navigate to the local file path Android/data/com.easyar.mega.toolbox/files/MegaStudio/EMP, then select and export the corresponding data file.
Export iOS data
Export using a Mac computer
Connect your iPhone to a Mac computer.
Open the Finder application, click the phone icon, click
Trust, and then also clickTruston the phone.
After authorization, click the
Filemenu, locate theMegaStudiofolder under theMega ToolboxApp, and dragMegaStudioto the computer desktop.
Find the
EMPfolder inMegaStudio. The***.empfiles in theEMPfolder are the collected data files.
Export using a Windows computer
Download and install iTunes on your Windows computer.
Connect your iPhone to the Windows computer and perform trust authorization.

Click the phone button.

Click File Sharing, locate the
MegaStudiofolder under theMega ToolboxApp, and click Save.
Find the
EMPfolder inMegaStudio. The***.empfiles in theEMPfolder are the collected data files.
Tip
When the folder contains a large amount of data, ensure that all data is fully exported. It is recommended to compare the file size on the computer with the corresponding file size on the phone.

After exporting the files to the computer, you can use players such as PotPlayer or VLC Media Player to check the recorded videos for issues like blurriness, lag, or playback failure. If any issues are found, recollect the data.
