Issue report
Note
EasyAR Mega users must read Mega FAQ and Issue reporting and feedback.
Note
Before reporting an issue, ensure you are using the latest version of the SDK and reproduce the issue in the sample. Many issues may be fixed in newer versions, and EasyAR primarily supports issues that can be reproduced in the latest version. Additionally, Unity itself may have some issues, which can sometimes be resolved by deleting the Unity Library folder or the XCode project generated by Unity.
Please use the built-in Ask feature in the plugin to assist in checking and collecting feedback information.

This window can be opened from the EasyAR > Sense > Ask menu.

The information is incomplete when opened; you need to select the environment and features you are using.

If you need to report an issue on a mobile device or headset, please copy the Session Dump log.

Then fill it into the text box.

Finally, after completing all the steps as prompted by the window, click the copy button in the upper right corner to copy all the information.

Please note that this interface is not only for generating reports but also guides you through preliminary issue screening. Be sure to use it carefully.
If you encounter a crash, please refer to Crash Analysis (Android iOS/macOS/visionOS Windows) to collect relevant information. Generally, without complete information, the issue report will be invalid.
