EIF file export method

After recording EIF data, you need to export it. The export methods are as follows:

Android devices

Export through Windows computer
Export through Mac computer

Complete the connection between the device and the computer.
Read local files on the device.
EIF file paths:
Recorded by MegaToolbox: Android/data/com.easyar.mega.toolbox/files/MegaStudio/FrameStream
Recorded by a headset device or inside your application: Android/data/"your package name"/files/
Select the corresponding data file and perform the export operation.

Install ADB tools on Mac

If you have not installed ADB, it is recommended to use Homebrew for quick installation:
```
brew install --cask android-platform-tools
```
Tip: If Homebrew is not installed, you can also download the Platform Tools archive directly from the Android developer website, unzip it, and drag the adb file into Terminal for use.
Enable debugging mode on the phone

Go to "Settings" -> "About phone" on the phone.

Tap "Build number" 7 times in a row until the prompt says developer mode has been enabled.

Return to Settings, go to "System" -> "Developer options".

Find and enable "USB debugging".
Export folder through ADB

Connect the phone to Mac using a data cable, unlock the phone screen, and click OK in the "Allow USB debugging?" dialog that appears.

Step 1: Check connection status. Enter the following command in Terminal:
```
adb devices
```
If the device serial number and the word device are displayed, the connection is successful.

Step 2: Execute the export command to pull the target folder from the phone to the Mac desktop:
```
adb pull /sdcard/Android/data/com.easyar.mega.toolbox/files/MegaStudio/FrameStream ~/Desktop/FrameStream_Export
```
Note: The storage path for EIF files recorded by headset devices and self-developed applications is: Android/data/"your package name"/files/

Note

Permission issue: If the command reports Permission Denied, it is usually because the application sets backup disabled in its manifest file. In debug mode for most non-system apps, this method can still succeed.
Path verification: If the path does not exist, confirm whether /sdcard/ in the path is correct. Some devices may need to use /storage/emulated/0/ instead.

Prerequisites:

Install iTunes on the Windows computer.

iTunes international version address:

https://www.apple.com/itunes/

Export steps:

Connect the phone to the computer and complete authorization.

Click the phone icon.
Click File Sharing.
Find the MegaStudio folder under the MegaToolbox App.
Click Save. If the file is large, wait patiently and make sure all files are fully exported.
