Confirm that the recorded data can reproduce your issue

Please capture EIF data that can reproduce the issue. This data can later be used in Mega Studio to simulate and reproduce the related problem through simulation runs.

Only by providing valid data that can reproduce the issue can we accurately locate and resolve the problem you encountered.

Record EIF data

Before starting recording, ensure the selected location and environment are conducive to stably reproducing the specific issue you encountered.

Based on your current development environment or hardware device, choose one of the following corresponding solutions to obtain data:

  1. Capture EIF data via Toolbox
  2. Record EIF data via a self-developed App
  3. Record EIF data via AR glasses

Run the verification tool

  1. Use the verification tool.

Targets

  1. Select EIF data that is easy to reproduce the issue.

Observe if the abnormal phenomenon is reproduced

Run this EIF file through Mega Studio to verify whether the issue encountered during your field test is reproduced.

  1. If this EIF file can reproduce the issue, please provide the file to the EasyAR technical support team.

  2. If reproduction fails, re-record the EIF file and repeat the above verification steps until the issue is reproduced before submitting the file. This allows the technical team to locate and resolve the problem.

Use your application to record EIF simulation data that can reproduce the issue

Use Mega Toolbox on a mobile phone to record EIF simulation data that can reproduce the issue

Use the sample to record EIF simulation data that can reproduce the issue on headsets
